Speaking events & workshops

Thomas is an appreciated speaker that combines his openness from his own personal journey going through change together with his long experience as a global leader, change manager and experienced life coach.

Mental Ergonomics

– a prerequisite in a digital working life

We are facing major changes in our personal and professional  life in the new connected lifestyle we are in. In this radical change of how we live and work we need to adapt and learn new ways to keep balanced and create a sustainable pace.

This lecture highlights how the connected world affects our everyday life and how you can create new routines and habits for balance and mental health. We go into and explain what is happening in our brain and why are we so affected by the digital connected world. We also explore how emotional management is challenging and new, but also crucial to increasing self awareness and self leadership. Thomas shares his own experiences from burn-out, his journey back and routines and tools that keep him balanced today.

These digital changes provide great opportunities and at the same time place new demands on us. We need to relearn how to face this new digital world. How should you think as a leader to support your employees and create a sustainable work culture? How can you start making changes in your own life? How do you create mental ergonomics for yourself and your workplace?

The goal of the lecture is to inspire about the changes we stand before with the connected world and how it affects our mental health. The lecture will give you as a company or organization an opportunity to open up a dialogue and discussion about finding a more sustainable and balanced working life. We cover areas of

  • How does the digital world and our constant connection affect us.
  • Personal experiences of digital stress, career, exhaustion and how to create an inner balance
  • Increasing self-awareness about your own patterns and what you create for yourself.
  • Reflection on where you stand in the balance between work, family and free time.
  • Practical tools and daily routines creating more balance in the day
  • Perspectives on corporate culture and responsiveness to prevent burnout.

This lecture gives an opportunity for further dialogues in workshop/group discussions.
